You must be experienced with conventional machining, have the ability to hold tight tolerances, and the attention to detail to do everything right, the first time. Must be able to be forward thinking to prevent from problems down the line in this lengthy process, and be a team player. While accuracy is important, these are large projects and the environment is a lot less stressful than some other repair type work that requires fast turnaround. Also, this company has a 5 year backlog of work, so you will have long term employment and will not be subject to layoffs or seasonal workload variation. Must have at least 4 years experience with lathes and mills and be familiar with working with stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Willing to work all shifts and weekends.
